I had my Sienna's first servicing done at Burien Toyota and they did a great job. I had to wait for about 45 min or so and my car was ready.

I just wanted you to know how great your service department is. I already had to bring my car in for an oil change last week, but I had to go back Tuesday because something fell behind the glove box causing it to stay open. Anyway, I mentioned to them about the radio acting weird---just so they would be aware---and they are opting to just replace it. I was pleasantly surprised and am very happy. I know it's just a car radio, but they were just so nice about it. Jaime was one of the guys, but unfortunately I don't know the other two. I just Wanted you to know, because I don't think that would have happened anywhere else.

Found what I needed in no time. Worked a good deal in minutes and was done in a couple hours. No wasted time. Staff was great!
