Excellent Service- My car has never looked better!.
My car is now re-named the princess car by my little girl because it is so bright and shiny. I swear, these guys are miracle workers.
The service was great and prices were reasonable. The owner was very pleasant and helpful as were the other employees I encountered.
I even met another customer while I was waiting (his car was much fancier than mine) and he told me that this was the only place he would bring his new toys for work. (I believe he was having a clear bra put on his car). It was reassuring hear from another customer that my car was in good hands.
I had a full detail and will definitely be bringing my car back for service when needed.

Brought my car for detail but I wasn't please with the out come. I have notice after I got picking up my car, the two front doors panel has scratch that it looks like someone open it that now my doors rattles and the speaker are bouncing.
Then the third day I show it to my brother who is a mechanic, that I've noticed that all doors wood panel has different color and shading that I swear they are different before i drop them off to their shop. The man I spoke to in the shop told that my car is old.
Reading other review on this business, I'm not the only one has the same problem so i know i wasn't confuse nor wrong about my car and how I feel.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PEOPLE... THEY ARE NOT GOOD AND THEIR WORK IS SLOPPY AND DIRTY.…

Went in for a full detail for both of my cars ($300/car). Dropped first car off. 1st bad flag was that they wanted to charge me 20% more than was quoted on the website price list, and to what the owner quoted me when I made the appointment on the phone! Went to pick up the car and drop my other on off. Noticed that the door would now not close. There was a 1/2 inch gap between the door and the top of the car. You can look right through the crack. And there was a huge new dent inside the top of the door frame. Looks like they backed it up into one of the many poles they have around the shop while the door was opened. Probably why all the poles have so many chips and dents on them as well. When I pointed this out, the owner's (Kevin) first words were "we did not do this" "are you trying to scam me?". WOW!! Full denial and would not even meet me half way to take it to a collision shop and have it checked. Basically told me to take a hike and that I was a liar. Took the second car I was going to have detailed and left.
I'm not litigious, but will most likely take a moment to have an attorney send them a reqest to just fix what they damaged. I have photos and video.
Boycott this place. Do not take or let your friends take their cars there.…

Excellent Car Detail Service.
On 11/06/09, I was involved in a car spin out in my 2001 Camry Toyota. I ended up in a ditch with about 3-4 ft of water and my car had flood damage.
I called a local Car Dealer in Auburn,Wa and was referred to Jim's Detail. I was actually able to see my car during the cleaning process. I was very impressed that with the thoroughness the employee's took in cleaning my car. All my seats and carpets were removed,cleaned,shampooed and they had fans running to properly dry them.
When I went to pick up my car they had not only cleaned my car interior including the trunk they also washed my car,armor alled,sp? the car interior and tires. In addition, One of the technicians,Connor @ the Federal Way store, physically pushed out a small dent in the back rear panel of my car and it turned out great. My car looked better than when I bought it in 2005. I was very pleased and impressed with the work done on my car by all the technicians @ Jim's Detail in Federal Way and will highly recommend it to everyone.
