I live in a fairly large single story house, and they did an excellent job on some tough areas, like kids rooms (worked around the unavoidable clutter), and master bedroom suite. I make a pretty big mess of my place, and when the ladies arrived, they got right to work. I asked them to put new sheets on my bed, and they did it right, no questions asked. I like the fact that they have been reliable to get my place clean for the last couple visits. Yes, I'm a regular now. Like I said, this is a company I would recommend to my mom. Most of the time I'm not home when they come to clean now. Also, they use green cleaning. I like that they are conscious around my kids (not using harsh chemicals), and especially I know the company cares for it's people, that's important to me. Good job guys!
Pros: Green cleaning methods. Reliable people. Same service 3 times in a row now.
Cons: Price is a bit higher, but I get what I pay for!

Both my wife and I work so we hid the key for the maids to let themselves in to do a pre-move-in clean. We came home 3 days later and the themostat was at 80 degrees. They had turned up the heat and neglected to turn it down before leaving. Although the home was clean, no bill was left. The estimate I got over the phone was $350 for cleaning a 2300 sq ft home. A woman called a few days later and said 4 maids did the work instead of 3 and it took them 3.5 hours. The total, therefore, would be over $600. After going back and forth we agreed on $440. Bottem line, do not leave them to clean the place without someone present - make sure they are supervised if you hire them.
