A Strange Odor.
As soon as you walk in, a draft of some unknown disgusting stank fills your nostrils. The patrons are somewhere from "Deliverance," (the film).
The best part of NCT is their Karaoke, but everything else is unbearable.
I recommend tearing this eye sore down and replacing it with a "normal" bar.

A historic dump.
Great neighborhood place. Not for the yuppies. A
lot of drunks and bar flys. Cheap beer crappy food.
