Best Mandarin and Szechwan food in Puget Sound.

Awesome for lunch, even better for dinner. Go with multiple people so you can try differnt dishes. Love the freshness of the dishes. Vegetables are not overcooked. You can still order "Americanize" Chinse food here, but why?

Try: Mongolian Beef, Sizzling Fried Rice Soup, BBQ Pork Fried rice, Moo Shu Pork, Tofu with Assorted Vegetables, Snow White Chicken, Orange Peel Beef, Curry Prawns

• Cons: like most restaraunts, we've experienced 'off' nights
