Horrible Service, Unfair Prices

I have used Orange Cab Co. before I got the number for Yellow Cab, and it was the worst service I've ever had. Half the time I called they did not send a taxi, or when they did I would be passed by multiple vacant cabs before the one ordered for me would finally arrive. The operators are jerks and are just trying to get their money and go home and the drivers charge way too much, trying to trick you out of your money. For instance, if you do not specify which route to take, they will take the longest one, taking in the most money. One time, my fiance was in one of their cabs and even though he gave the driver perfect directions, the driver whizzed past our apartment and then charged my fiance an extra dollar for the block he went too far. Horrible, horrible, horrible service -- would only recommend to my worst enemies.

Save yourself the hassle and get a different cab company

Not recommended by any means. Not once but twice now they have not shown up to pick me up after arrangements were made in advance. When I tried calling to find out where my car was their phone line was busy. Very unprofessional.
