We had heard good things about Burien Chevy and decided to stop in. We started dealing with Mike Schwed who is a salesperson there. He was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure and really wanted to get the best car for us. He and the whole staff really made the process fun and exciting for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone including family. Thank you Burien Chevrolet for making us loyal for life!
Impressed.
Be conversational: Write as if relaying your experience to a good friend.
Be thorough: Mention your favorite products or services offered by this business, such as menu items, home delivery or spa treatments.
Be local: Identify the neighborhood where the business is located and mention nearby attractions when relevant.Burien Chevy has been great since the new ownership of the Anderson Brothers. They also own Burien Toyota. They implemented the same buying process at the Chevy store as they have at the Toyota store. Also some of the employees from the other store were set up to take over the Chevy store. It seems to me that you can not make EVERYONE happy in life, but I have NEVER had a bad experiance. I will continue to buy my vehicles from this auto group.

quality, honesty and price. What matters to me in auto service are quality, honesty and price. My first experience with the service department was an issue I had in a car that actually matters to me. (Sorry, I'm allergic to cats). I enjoy doing most of my own work when possible, but I am occasionally limited by the facilities available to me at home. I am VERY reluctant to have this car serviced by others so quality was a big concern. Since the car is past warranty, I was concerned about how much I was going to get hit for cost. Sure enough, on inspection, the problem turned out to be several problems. (What's up with that?!) It's not that I didn't trust them, I didn't even know them, but I asked if I could go out and personally see what else they had found. Much to my surprise, the savvy technician was willing to walk me out and actually show me in detail under the car what was found. Not only was I satisfied with the tour of my car's new-found problems but In the short time spent with the mechanic, I was not only impressed, but I was glad the problems were discovered. Left alone, fixing these problems would have cost considerably more later. But they DID NOT CHARGE BOOK PRICE on everything since they were already into certain areas. So in some cases only adding parts prices was necessary. Additional problems means additional time and they drove me home to West Seattle and picked me up again in a courtesy shuttle after they spent several days fixing the issues. It's a pretty good distance so this service carries significant value to me. When the job was done, I felt confident about the work and was satisfied with the price. Much to my surprise, I was told that all the repairs provided carried a 12-month warranty. I don't think that's too common with dealer repair shops. It doesn't hurt that the service manager I worked with (Chip) was very friendly and willing to answer any and all of my pain-in-the-butt questions to my satisfaction during the whole process. I've already been back twice for things I could have easily done myself but didn't want to take the time to mess with. Oh yeah, and I almost forgot, they offered a courtesy car wash as part of the service.
very helpful. The sales people at Burien Chevrolet were very helpful in assisting us in finding just the right used car. They listened carefully to what we wanted/needed, and showed us just the right one. The salesman was not pushy, and gave us plenty of time to discuss it, and make a decision. They have been very good in taking care of the car, too.
Great experience. Great experience i recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used car they gave me a great deal on my 2009 Chevrolet cobalt. there service and parts department have been a great help gettin my vehicle modified to exacrtly how i want.
above and beyond. I have now purchased 2 cars from Burien Chevrolet. My experience both times has been above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. My next purchase and service will no doubt be from this dealership. Great job!
These guys were top flight.. My wife and I went in looking for a used truck and met the manager Bobby who offered to let us drive his new silverado demo. My wife loved the look if this truck and it was loaded which I liked. I was worried about the price of such a fancy truck but he made us a great deal on Our trade and we drove his truck home. Great dealing and it was nice to have the head guy come out deal with us. I will recommend Bobby and Burien Chevy to all my friends. These guys were top flight.
