grateful for their assistance. I was so impressed with Horizon Ford. I was getting ready to move from Seattle using a U-Haul trailer, when I found out I had some obscure part in my tow package that needed to be replaced so that the trailer lights would hook up to the U-Haul. The staff was incredibly helpful and helped me as I was in a time crunch to get all of my possessions out of my apartment and hit the road! They looked at my car in a very timely fashion, and kept me posted with the different tests they were running on it. Once they figured out which part needed to be replaced, they replaced it really quickly. I was in and out of there much faster than I thought I would be and was so grateful for their assistance.…
