grateful for their assistance. I was so impressed with Horizon Ford. I was getting ready to move from Seattle using a U-Haul trailer, when I found out I had some obscure part in my tow package that needed to be replaced so that the trailer lights would hook up to the U-Haul. The staff was incredibly helpful and helped me as I was in a time crunch to get all of my possessions out of my apartment and hit the road! They looked at my car in a very timely fashion, and kept me posted with the different tests they were running on it. Once they figured out which part needed to be replaced, they replaced it really quickly. I was in and out of there much faster than I thought I would be and was so grateful for their assistance.

It was seamless I tell you. Basically, you apply for the loan and they turn in your information to the bank they are with, within 30 mins to an hour the bank comes back with a list of cars that you are approved of. I love that! I love that it tells me what cars will work based off of what I can afford! It was within my price range too and he worked with the down payment! It was seamless I tell you! And I felt no pressure to choose a car, because the cars were already chosen for me! Completely stress free!!

amazing experience. All my family members are very much excited with our new 2008 Ford Mustang. I have visited many dealers for buying cars in the last two decades, but this was the most amazing experience I have had with buying cars.
