I purchased my washer and dryer some time ago from All Affordable Appliances and was very pleased with both the products and the service I received from Michelle. Since then I have called twice for repairs. The first time was a quick, easy, and reasonably priced fuse replacement from David. This time, it has been nothing but a trainwreck.

He came out on Friday to take a look, and told me it would be cheaper to replace it than fix it. He offered to deliver a comparable dryer the next morning, which I was glad to do. Except that he did not show up, and did not call until 5 PM to let me know he'd been too busy and would have to come Sunday at 2. At 1:00, I received a call that he was home and available to deliver the dryer, and so I returned his message at 1:10 to let him know I was home and he should head on over. I never heard back from him.

On Tuesday, a woman called me to apologize that they "had missed me" and assured me that she would see to it personally that my dryer was delivered FIRST THING this Friday morning, a week after my original appointment. as I write this, it is noon, and I have neither heard from anyone nor seen a dryer.

3 strikes you're out.

I'm going to call Wiseman's today.

All Affordable Appliances experience. When the guy came to fix my frig he didn't even ask me what was wrong. He just told me it was not worth fixing and said he had one he would sell me. I don't think I would call them again.

Great price on appliance service. I got a great deal on the service of my washing machine. Sear's wanted $109 to come out and tell me what was wrong with it. All Affordable told me what was wrong, and fixed it for $125. Sears would have been double that I'm sure.

Best prices on appliance needs.. I have used All Afordable Appliances for about 5 years, for providing service and appliances for my rental properties. They have always been the most reasonably priced for both service and good used appliances.
