Not Bad, Not Great. The burgers are pleasing and the veggies are fresh, though, the patties are quite thin. The Sky High burger, which is a double-patty burger with a big-sounding name, still might be in the neighborhood of 1/4 to 1/3 pound total. Even folks with medium appetites could handle it easily. Don't go to Basket Case expecting large burgers. Think more like Dick's Drive-In, though larger and better topped. The french fries are excellent. Almost perfectly cooked with a golden light crispiness. The milkshakes, unfortunately, are not impressive with weak flavor and a texture that isn't quite right. If I lived in the neighborhood, I would probably frequent them as a place for a nice everyday-type of burger and fries. But, it's not a place to make a special trip to go to. Also, with around four tables inside, space is limited. Larger folks will find the booths confining.

Best Secret in the South End. One of the best hamburger places in the South End next Skyway Bowling Alley. Basket Case has a Sky High Hamburger that you need 2 hands to enjoy. They have a wide variety of shakes to select from. Everything that is on the menu from chicken strips to Fish will satisfy any hunger.

TRY THE SKYHIGH IN SKYWAY!. BasketCase is a very popular place it has the best everything especially that SkyHigh and there french fries are to die for ....haha dont get me started ...the people are great there its just a nice little place . Try it sometime you wont regret it.
