After 5 years of loyalty??.
I thought T-mobile was a good company with decent customer service. I even liked the southcenter stores large selction. Then trouble began right after ATT annouced they were buying T-moblie. My bill started having "unique" extra charges. Both the store and customer service didn't care about getting things fixed right. They only wanted my money. I had to leave for another carrier. Oh yeah something changed about the coverage too, I wasn't able to recieve calls from my home any more and used to be so good.
