Service Has Improved a Notch.
Used to be, my friends and I would patronize this particular chain of golf stores and be totally ignored until WE approached the service counter. I think it's their style of customer service--which is obviously, a very bad idea. Their selection of merchandize is better than it used to be and their service has improved a notch. Oh wait! Now I remember! A few years ago when I was on the hunt for a new driver the employees flocked around me asking me if I needed help and would I like to try out the drivers I was perusing. Ah...that must be it! If you are looking to buy new clubs, you will be noticed, otherwise, assume you are wearing an "invisibility" cloak. No wonder their competitor, Puetz Golf, is so much busier.
