With a bright red color scheme, enormous booths and TVs galore (even in the bathrooms), this loud, lively spot aims to make families feel right at home. The creative menu offers 22 different burgers--from teriyaki-marinated Bansai with grilled pineapple to the 5 Alarm with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, salsa and chipotle mayo. Soups, salads, and entrees of fajitas, fish and chips and Cajun-spiced shrimp round out the casual American menu.

Bad customer service!!!. I enjoy going to Red Robin from time to time. I like the food and the customer service is fairly good. This particular day I came in with my husband we got the unfriendliest server! Her name is Breanna (dark, curly hair). She never greeted us, smiled, or even returned to see how we were doing. (Even though the whole time I could see her standing there looking a unhappy as can be, doing nothing near the register.) I will return to Red Robin, but to be sure that she is not our server again!

Horrible service. Servers at Red Robin are horrible! We tried to go there for happy hour and the waitress "forgot" to tell us that happy hour doesn't exist anymore so we ended up paying full price. She was too busy flirting with the guys next to us to do her job. It was a horrible experience and the food wasn't even that good.

I always enjoy Red Robin. This is a good place to take your family. The menu is focused on hamburgers and they taste good. Bottomless fries are a good thing to. There is a bar if you want to watch some baseball or something with the guys.

Awesome cheese sticks!. The food is great, give it a try! The cheesesticks are awesome, especially if you ask for a side of the honey/mustard/poppyseed dressing to go with them. The fries are bland, but everything else is awesome.
