U-Save Tocoma not satisfied

I ordered an Hyundai/Sonata before I left for Seattle, airport pickup is good, when I got the rental office, there were Chev malibu and minivan available, another 2 ladies took van, as they were told if they like to be sent back to airport by the service man? finally I chose the Malibu which has over 58K on mileage, one wheel screaming and drove up and down the mountain roads to Mount Rainier and St Ellen, with too much worries. Kinds of suffering, no next time for me. :-( except they promise to provide what is available.
