After stopping by the White Center store to purchase a cellphone that ended up being out of stock, I called the Southcenter store to confirm availability of the same phone and was told it was available. Drove the 20+ minutes from West Seattle only to get there and find it was out of stock there too. Asked the manager to offer me something (a discount, a gift certificate, whatever) for my trouble and annoyance and got nothing but a "I will talk to the person in the department who misinformed you, but there's nothing I can do for you." There was no regard for my time and trouble for chosing to spend significant ($250) money at their store and basically wasting my time and resources. That didn't make me ever want to shop at Target ever again. Customer service and satisfaction are the name of the game people.
