For the market they serve, a spectacular place!. After reading these reviews I am compelled to write one. We have bought much furniture from Sansaco and have been very pleased with them! Hello people! I don't know if you noticed but this is a warehouse not Nordstrom! As such, you won't get Nordstrom service AND you won't get Nordstrom prices.

The staff is small because most of their business is as wholesalers. But fortunately for us, they are willing to sell to the public. You will get better service if you go in person. These are homey people that like to chat about furniture. Several times we have walked in and described what we are looking for. In 5 minutes they are opening books that are often exactly what we are looking for at a great price!

Yes, you have to pickup your own furniture. However for an extra price they will refer you to someone that will deliver to your home.

So there is an adage, you get what you pay for. With Sansaco, you have got to look for them (very small sign to their door), you can expect a warehouse not a showroom, a knowledgable but small staff, and do it yourself delivery. But if you are like me, that is fine because you will get great quality furniture (they have lesser quality too) for a great price; at least 1/3 off the showroom stores!

So don't be silly. For the market Sansaco serves they do a spectacular job!

Go to the wharehouse don't bother calling she was rude!. I just called got a rude lady. The salesperson I was dealing with in the wharehouse I forgot his name so couldnt remember so was asking the lady the questions no phone courtesy was given she was rude. It made me defensive. It is better to go into the store and talk to the sales people...beware of calling this woman was not nice nor helpful.

Great plcae and super prices. No customer service, a small wherehouse crew...so what! The prices here are phenomenal and really high quality. We bought a Broyhill hutch and buffet, $1600 in most stores, $749 here (I had to rent a truck and haul it myself, another $60). I can live without pushy sales people, fancy showrooms, and high prices. No one wil help you until you ask and the place is a huge, unorganized mess, but you can really find some gems. Tough to find, but worth the hunt.

Great prices on quality furniture. I have purchased 4 sofas, 2 coffee tables, a bed, and a kitchen table through Sansaco over about 7 years. I have always had a positive experience with the staff. I have never felt pressured or pushed. The staff has always taken the time to answer my questions about alternate manufacturers and materials and shipping and anything else.

I live in Anchorage and they have always been able to coordinate shipping or delivery for me with no hassles.

Products have always been as represented in catalog. I can't speak to the return policy as I have never had to return anything but I have canceled an order that was taking too long to complete.

The shopping experience can be a little challenging at times as the warehouse is packed full of furniture and it is easy to get distracted by yet another good deal while searching for what you came there in the first place.

When I pay 30-50% less than retail for a product I am smart enough to realize that I am going to sacrifice something in the purchasing experience. With Sansaco you lose out on the presentation (warehouse) and you might have to get someones attention to get help. I have had much worse customer service experiences at full price furniture stores.

Check their operating days out before heading down as they are closed on one weekday and I always seem to end up in Seattle on that day!

expect to wait an hour to get your furniture, if you get it at all. very inexpensive and nice furniture.... if you can get it!! twice i purchased items, then went to go pick them u.... wait 1/2 hour once, only to find that what i had ordered hadn't arrived (even though they had called me to tell me my order was ready). next time i waited an hour while spaced-out slow workers poked around the warehouse looking for my stuff. they never found the chairs i bought... am still waiting for a call.... so annoying!!! definitely do NOT go to pick up stuff if you are renting a truck and paying by the hour. you will waste your money.
