Incredible Spas with Great Friendly Service. We love Dale and the crew at Spa Warehouse!

We have had our spa for ten years and cannot believe the quality. We shopped around and decided to give the Spa Warehouse our business based on their prices. My brother in law and I bought our spas at the same time and Dale gave us a break on his already great pricing. This business cannot be beat.

In ten years we have had NO PROBLEMS at all with the spa, that is simply incredible.

After ten years we wanted to make some changes to our spa. We went to see Dale and he agreed to make the changes to our existing spa and saved us a ton of money, again.

There is no beating the quality of a hand built spa from the Spa Warehouse. We bought originally for the prices, but came back because of the quality.

Go see them you will be glad you did! Thanks Dale!

Update 12/2012. We had Dale and the crew update our spa with the package that they were offering with a new skirt, new jets, very efficient pump and LED kit. This is one of the best purchases we have ever made. The spa looks better than new and cut the electricity use almost in half. The LED kit although just cosmetic is a must have! It really adds to the spa and my wife loves it! This spa is perfect and we just wanted to update it and make it more efficient. I am really glad that we chose to update our spa rather than replacing it and it cost less than 1/4 of what a new spa would. Love it!

Spa Warehouse - Truly the Best!!. My wife and I have been a customer for nearly 10 years. Following a recent move, we only went to one place to purchase another hot tub - Spa Warehouse. This is our second from them and we couldn't be happier. The styles, selection, and service are always first class. Dale and his staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. We hope you discover them as well. You won't be dissappointed.

Dale knows hot tubs - and is fun to talk to!. I am so glad that I talked with Dale before buying a spa! Things can look a lot alike online, but he was able to explain to me the details that determine quality and why you might choose one over another. After talking with Dale, I felt able to make an apples-to-apples comparison. Turns out his prices are great too and he uses local materials and manufactures onsite, which I love. Dale is warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Definitely start here!

Best Customer Service EVER. Yes it is a 2 hour drive for me as I live in Seabeck but this is the only place I would go and have been going since we bought our spa from them 10 years ago. I have tried other places closer to me but can't anyone to acknowledge me and the staff is rude esp. at Rich's. So I take the time to drive to the spawarehouse and Kevin I don't know where you are comming from. I have had several dealings with them and have never been treated better. I broke a jet didn't know what my hot tube was and they mailed it me with in 3 days. I even drive there for my filters now they tell me I can just call and they ship now. I don't have time to list all me good experiences with them as there are so many. So I will continue to use them. Dale is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. So I will contunue to use The spaware house for many years to come.

Worst customer service EVER. Cheap base prices on spas, but by the time you get done with the shoddy workmanship, lack of customer service, and refusal to honor warranties, you will wish you went elsewhere.
