Don't move to Regatta in Des Moines WA!!!!!. I DON"T LIKE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! The grounds are not kept up, there are sheets hanging in windows, lots of garbage on everyones patios, and people always hanging out in the parking lot (all hours of the day and night) The place is TRASH!!! After moving in I noticed that my apartment was never painted, the top of my fridge had dust about an inch thick, my doors and appliances were greasy, so much for the money you pay for the cleaning, they must pocket it, cause it doesn't get done!!!! I just moved in a week ago and I have already seen the cops here twice, woke up sunday morning to a fight in the parking lot, my car alarm has gone off 2 different times...what else can I say?! Don't move here!!! I made the mistake of signing a year lease, and I REGRET IT!!!!!!! This will be the longest year EVER!!!! If your looking for a place to live....KEEP LOOKING!!…
