Not Great. My friend took her car here to get it worked on because it was close to home and they seemed nice. When she got the car back, it had the exact same problem. The shop had charged her $400 and did not do any work. They say they are trustworthy, loyal, and on top of that a Christian business. I would suggest they take a look at how they are conducting business and not advertise something they are not. Luckily my friend got her money back.
Excellent, honest and helpful technicians.
These guys are great! My classic car started to smoke on the highway and I had it towed to Winston's. I had previously worked for an auto repair shop and was new in the neighborhood, so I had asked around and heard good things about them. By the time my insurance sent someone to inspect the car, it had been sitting at the shop for a month+. The technicians had already diagnosed the electrical problem and notified me. My insurance carrier decided to "total" the car. Steve, the manager had prepared me in advance. Winston's didn't charge me a cent during the month+ the car sat there.
When I began to look for a more economical vehicle to purchase, Davey, an excellent technician and straight-up guy, helped me find the perfect car at the right price. It had belonged to a longtime customer and the guys at Winston's knew the whole history of the car. I bought it and it comes with a guarantee! I couldn't be happier and will be a customer for a long time to come.
Great customer service! They answered all my questions and were personable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
