Will Not Frequent Again. I received a flyer in the mail for Pronto Pasta and decided to try their delivery service one evening. My housemate placed the order and I could tell that she was very frusterated by the time she hung up the phone. The individual taking the order had been extremely rude and clearly didn't belong in the service industry. The experience only got worse when the delivery arrived. When I opened the door, the man didn't even respond to my greeting and only shoved a pizza box in my hands. We had ordered pasta so I said holding the pizza box, "Oh I'm sorry, we didn't order pizza, we ordered pasta." The guy rolled his eyes at me and then practically shouted that the pasta was in the pizza box! Needless to say, I don't even remember how the food tasted because I was so soured by the experience. Both my housemate and I have worked for multiple years in the food service industry and we both tend to be overly understanding and lenient when it comes to service. I understand that sometimes you have a bad day, but Pronto Pizza and Pasta was less that professional and I will not run the risk of a similar experience with them again.

Worst Customer Service ever!!!!!. I called in an order to be delivered because I recieved a meanu with couponds in the mail. I read off the coupond to "Kristina" who took my order and said it would be 30-45 mins. When the food arrived I was missing 2 drinks and an order of wings. This was all part of the coupond that was sent to me! We call thinking there was some kind of mistake only to find that they said everything was our fault and we did not order anything else. They said that they would bring us out the wings and drinks but we had to buy them!!! I spent 5 minutes on the phone arguing on what was ordered. The lady on the phone finally said that they would not be able to bring us anything else but if we want the wings we could come pick them up. I told them the only reason I ordered something was because of the coupond they sent me and the reason I ordered delivery (and paid & Tip the driver, who didn't even speak a lick of anything from this planet) is so I wouldn't have to go and pick anything up. On top of everything else the menu they sent us did not have the correct prices and we were charged a couple extra dollars. Again when asked about it the lady at the pizza place said it was our fault that we had a old menu!!! This was the menu that they sent me!!! I will never order anything from this place. The food was sub par but the customer service has driven me to write a bad review.

The worst food ever!. My husband and I had take out from this place.....the worst we have ever had. The food was cold and had no taste. We will never be going there again!

Good Italian Food!. Pronto is a great place to get some good Italian food and they have everything- pizza, pasta, salad, sandwiches....PLUS- they're open really late most nights!
