Great Food!

by MargaretWright85

I have ordered from this Romio's several times, and never gotten anything that wasn't excellent!! The last two times I have ordered, the delivery guy must have been breaking land speed records!! Yes, I do only live a couple miles from the restaurant... but 19 minutes from time I placed my order to the time it reached my house?? At 8PM on a Friday night! Both times my pizza was fresh, and wonderful!! 1/2 salad big enough for two people! And I had a coupon to try the brownies... amazing. Only draw back, is the customer service is pretty lacking. But easily forgotten! :-)

  • Pros: Fast Delivery, Quality food, Reasonable price
  • Cons: Terrible customer service

Not going back

by Karasik

I have been ordering pizza from Romio's for a while. But last night on Sunday night I got the worst order from them. I ordered large combo pizza (it use to be my favorite) and it got delivered not only cold (which is ok, its winter!) but it tasted like it was previously frozen, then re-heated, not fresh, smelled like refrigerator.. I am not going to order pizza from you guys anymore because am not going to pay $26 for bad experience. Whoever prepared that pizza has to be fired because YOU DO NOT SELL BAD PIZZA ON SUNDAY NIGHT!

spectacular pizza, poor delivery

by LadySusan

If you want some of this truly delicious pizza, go pick it up. The delivery service is unpredictable. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it takes forever (like 2-3 hours) and occasionally the pizza is undercooked or uncut, or something is left out of your order. BUT -- if you go to the restaurant to get it, it's completely perfect. The crust is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, the sauce is marvelous, and their house special is the pizza of all pizzas. The greek salad is also really good. The people there are really nice too. Just don't order delivery.

  • Pros: yummy food, easy parking, nice staff
  • Cons: unpredictable delivery
