Phil Foster, the owner and President of this company never responds to vmails even in case of emergencies; subpar customer service and poor management skills.if you have him as your property manager, you can expect to receive random letters for fines or bills without any preliminary investigation or reasonable justification. The most appropriate rating for him is a minus five stars.

I rented an apartment from Quorum with a roommate friend of mine for 4 years. (1994-1998) I got married and moved into a house also managed by Quorum. (1998-present) I have had nothing but good experiences with the people there. Whenever anything needed repair, it was handled quickly and I have never had any financial issues with them. I even got my whole deposit beck from the apartment! I have had three different people as managers from Quorum with no dip in the quality of service. They are always very friendly when I call them. I consider myself a great tenant, so I don't know how they would be if I missed a rent payment or caused any damage or did anything else wrong. I guess that they might not like that. I would and have recommended Quorum to friends and aquaintences.

Property management subpar; Lengthy responses to maintenance inquiries, property landscaping consistently left overgrown, leaking roof left unrepaired, and general courtesy of staff appalling. After vacating, deposit refund was difficult to receive... Inconsistencies were found in "repair and cleaning" costs, leaving me with much less than half my deposit. -No negotiating consideration given Properties may be decent, but do not consider hiring this team and avoid tenancy at all costs. Other tenants in building facing similar problems...
