Stadium flowers is the best flower shop
in town. Always great service and wonderful product. The people are amazing and the comments below do not make sense. I highly recommend them to everyone and would not use anyone else!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM
Avoid Stadium Flowers at all costs.
They did not prepare the arrangement we ordered for our father's urn. They delivered the wrong arrangement a half hour late, then came walking in with the correct one halfway through the service and imposed on church volunteers to drop what they were doing to move it out of the way. These people do not care enough to get it right when bereaved relatives already have enough on their minds without worrying about a botched floral delivery.

At Stadium Flowers we pride ourselves with our outstanding customer service and product. We apologize that we fell short of accommodating your request. The option to replace this arrangement was given as well as the opportunity for a refund.
However, it is Stadium Flowers policy that we will not entertain verbal abuse or the systematic, ongoing use of profane words to control our employees.
Outrageously bad service and baldfaced
liars. I ordered a very expensive Valentine's Day bouquet for my wife two full days in advance. While I had the salesgirl on the phone she had a colleague double-check to confirm the flowers I wanted were in stock -- she said they were, guaranteed their delivery on Valentine's Day, and I placed my order.
Two days later [on VD itself] they delivered a bouquet to my wife's office and she promptly sent me a photo via her iPhone. Sadly, the flowers they delivered were not even remotely close. The flowers I was promised were white roses with ruffled peach-colored tips. What they sent were plain, solid peach color with no ruffles.
When I called Stadium Flowers to inquire about their error they didn't even apologize, they dismissed me with "we had hundreds of orders today" and tried to make me feel grateful I got any flowers at all. They went on to say the best they could do would be to deliver a new bouquet NEXT WEEK. They did not offer me a refund and when I inquired about one they said they do NOT offer refunds.
WORST FLORIST and worst local business I have dealt with, EVER. Rude, dismissive sales people, terrible customer service and no refunds when they fail to provide the product for which they had been paid.
