Yes...and no. Studio Donna looks attractive and professional, and my interaction with the employees was mostly favorable, but I have some serious reservations. The woman who was my colorist was 1/2 hour late, then took ages mixing the product; I had been there 45 minutes before anything happened beyond putting on the smock and sitting in the chair. Tough when you're short on time.

I was given a complimentary hand massage, which was thoughtful but sort of weird.

When I came into the salon, my name was up on a readerboard in the entrance as a "new customer" to be welcomed -- exactly like a hotel advertising its conventions of the day. A little more public than most of us would like, I think.

The single most annoying thing was being forced to pay for the appointment in advance with a credit card, with a 48-hour cancellation policy. My appt. was for a Tuesday, and the salon is closed Sun/Mon, so if I had needed to cancel, I would have to have told them (I guess?) by Saturday. This is tough on people whose schedule changes unexpectedly.

Mediocre. I went awhile ago for the first time to get my eyebrows waxed and hair cut. The esthitician was fabulous, did a wonderful job and was very nice. Unfortunately the woman who cut my hair ( won't name names ) had horrible customer service. She was extremely rough , tugging my hair and getting water in my ears when washing. She made it obvious she didn't want to be working with my hair. ( I have long and extremely thick hair )

Fantastic.... This salon looks so elegant I couldn't believe my eyes. Form my very first phone conversation to schedule an appointment I knew I was in store for something out of the ordinary. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted as though I was an old friend. I was then given a tour of the entire salon and introduced to all the stylists and then when I was shown the spa I was given a free hand treatment. I was a little scared about having someone I didn't know do my hair, but when I saw so many others getting great hairdos I felt so much better. My stylist was really friendly and knew what she was doing because my haircut was the best I'd ever had! All in all one of the finest salon's I've been to and the customer service was excellent.

Abolute hell!. My visit to Studio Donna was absolute hell. The price was not an issue, but the staff members were. I've gotten much better customer service from other high end salons. Many of the workers here have forgotten the little fact that they cut hair for a living and possibly for the rest of their lives. So spare me the rude and snobbish act.

Terrible!. I had my hair done here for my best friend's wedding. Four of us recieved bad styles but because the stylists were behind schedule, there was no time to change. I had to pay $60 to have my hair styled that looked like I had gotten out of the shower and tied it back! I was asked at the wedding reception if I hadn't had time to fix my hair! On top of that, the employees, espcially the man who worked at the desk were incredibly snobby! He asked me not to sit in the chair to wait for the rest of the bridal party, because that was for paying customers! He also asked me to move my car that was parked out in front so others could park there since I was finished! Had I not just handed him $65???!!?? I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Best lil' Salon and Spa. I called on friday and they had me in Saturday, due to cancelation. Call ahead! I had a foil, I am so pleased!!! Expert Stylists, Donna told me that everyone cust colors and styles the same way. Not a pushy staff, friendly! The price was a bit high but I'd rather pay more for a better cut and foil.

Fabulous. THis is the best spa I have been in. The staff is friendly and you are often greeted by name. The staff is knowledgable and well trained. This is an establishment were the customer and staff matters. They hold high standards and are not afraid to let you know if a particular cut or style won't work for you. I reccomend Studio Donna to all I meet. They do put aside products that were used on you for you to buy but there is never any pressure to do so.

Even though parking could be improved they do validate for 2 hours.
