we made our first trip to Joy's after frequenting another groomer for several year. we were so happy with the service. they followed our clipping instructions, they seemed to like our golden and he has never felt this soft in his entire life!! our golden is a big boy and we were looking for a groomer who had some experience with bigger dogs. Joy was refered to us by a fellow golden owner. Price is comparable to other groomers we have visited. I cannot stress how great he feels! so soft, smells fresh not overly perfumed and after some groomer he would be itchy....not this time! super happy with our new groomer!!

There is no groomer better then Joy. I have been taking my four standard poodles there for years now...They always come home looking beautiful!! I would not trust anyone else with my babies!!

Great service. These ladies are great. I thought I could save some money and shave my Pomeranian myself (because it is so easy). Needless to say my my dog looked like he had mange and was pulling out his hair. with that said they made my dog look great. I would also like to add the prices. The Pom cost $7 and my Min Pin/Terrier(who is extremely difficult and bites) only cost $9 to cut their nails. They are overly nice as well. The place is small so if a dog was continuously barking, I can understand the owners being called.

Lost Business. Before today, we actually liked Clip-N-Dip and took our dog there often. They do a great job grooming our Westie, he always looked very nice when we picked him up. Today, however, was a different story. We were told to drop him off at 7:30AM, which my fiance did, and then went to school. I was at work. My fiance recieved one phone call at 11AM telling us the dog was ready. Ok, great! We'll pick him up when we are available. BUT he then recieved another phone call about an hour later , that was VERY rude, telling us that "SOMEONE needs to come pick up our dog because he's barking too much!" Really? Sorry, didn't realize you ran the "silent" dog grooming company.

Needless to say, Joy must have plenty of business to be able to treat customers with such disrespect! Good thing, because we will never be going back to this place!

great service. we recently traveled through the everett area and took our 2 poodles to this place.My dogs never looked so good. They were beautifully groomed and both dogs were very happy and relaxed when we picked them up.I could tell this business really cares about the dogs. The owner was very accomodating to our needs and extremely pleasant to work with. I will recommend this shop to my Everett friends. Very Happy!!!

Grooming. My Dog walker states she wouldn't take anything to

this service...we did have a bout with fleas

but the service is great and the problem with petsmart

groomers is worse they ave a clean place but the atitude is very poor..be aware have your dogs shots up to date they don't ask for records...The gal in the early morning is so wonderful it outweighs the conditions
