Worst Italian Place in the PNW. Only had 2 house beers from Italy (hmm..), food was ale carte or meal, which they did not fully explain. I received a slab of chicken on a plate by itself. (?!!?) WTF? They did not have oil/vin for bread (they did not know what I was talking about), they were out of almost everything i tried to order, very rude service. Oh! And I was finishing up my chicken when the server came and took my plate - I was not finished with it! I did not stop eating... She just took it. DO NOT GO HERE!

When you've had all the rest !!. I recently found out that Gianni's just celebrated its 22n year anniversary !! We have been customers for over 12 years, and have yet to have a bad meal.

I have had their Halibut on several occassions and loved it every time, I even saw Gianni on KTCS Chef series preparing it.

The experience you'll have their is one of warmth and comfort, much like their food.

The interior is cozy and authentic, Service is always excellent.

Give yourself a treat and ask Gianni to prepare a fruit Flambe, he puts on a great show!

After 22 years in business you know they must be doing something right!

I congratulate Gianni's and wish them another successful 22 years!.....

Ciao.......

The One and Only. I cannot believe anyone would dislike Gianni's food. Apparently if your used to your grandmothers Swedish food you obviously have recessive taste buds. How could anyone still like Pizza Hut, that statement alone reveals volumes about your culinary refinement. Gianni's has had nothing but great food and service for the past 20 years and we hope to continue as patrons for another twenty.

I have spent many years traveling up and down the coast of Italy sampling all sorts of Northern and Southern Italian cuisine and from my experience Gianni's food comes closest to an authentic Italian experience. Buon Appetito

Fantastico. I love Gianni's, never had a bad meal, always promt and friendly service.

My favorites are the Spaghetti Puttanesca and the Veal Pinoli... Lucious...

The Seafood Canneloni is an occassional special. They use fresh Crepes instead of pasta shellsI have never had fresh crepes as shells except at Gianni's, normally most restaurants use dried pasta shells, anyway their filled with fresh Crab , Halibut and Ricotta......yummmm. they also have a veal, chicken version also very tasty..

I love the interior, it's warm and cozy, Wine menu is adequate and the desserts are to die for....

Thanks Gianni, hope yor around for another 20 years!

Critic's Choice !!. I love Gianni's, it's been a venerable institution in Snohomish County for over 20 years.

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoy everything about it!

His favorite is the Spaghetti Roma with large prawns, mushrooms and bacon simmered in a luscious tomato cream sauce. My favorite is the Penne Carbonara, creamy and peppery just the way I like it.

The atmosphere is semi-casual to elegant, warm brick interior, white table cloths and candle lit Ambience.

The Fruit Flambes are to die for and the homemade Profittaroli's are sinful!

You must try their Gorgonzola dressing, you can buy it buy the jar now in some stores as well as a sauce base for some of their Prawn and Veal dishes.

The service has always been impeccable and efficient. It' also comforting to know that every time we go in the food preperation is consistent and affordable.

Ciao, Mangia Molto !!

Good Service - Poor Food. We chose this restaurant based on the reviews read at the Citysearch website. The food was mediocre at best. The infamous halibut I ordered was served in a soup of butter and oil, in fact all the food served was too oily (a $20.00 piece of fish should be perfect as far as I am concerned). The red sauce was no better than you basic canned sauce, the bread was dry and the salad dressing was thin. Very disappointing. I am embarassed to have been the one in our group of 8 to have recommended this restaurant.

Hang a right and go to Casa Tequila instead!. The parking is awesome, lots and lots of it, even sharing it's space with the Mexican Restaurant next door. Which by the way, the food at Casa Tequila is fantastic! Gianni's is dark, the wait staff is rude, the food is covered in oil, and there were flies in the restaurant. I was not impressed. It didn't help to see the owner screaming at one of the bus boys during dinner, right in front of a full restaurant. If that's Italian service, I'll take McDonalds!

Next time, I'm going to Casa Tequila

Not All That Glitters Is Gold......... I didn't expect to find an authenic Italian restaraunt off Aurora in Everett. I've been to a lot of Italian restaraunts attempting to recapture the taste of Italian I got while spending time in Italy last year. For months I had discovered wonderful food in the area, but something lacking in authenticity.

Along came a dinner date at Gianni's. The menu carried a variety of Italian dishes from all over the country. From the pesto to marinara to the cream sauce, the authentic taste of the food is apparent to those who have experienced dining in Italy. While the service is strong, the surroundings are only adaquate, the location/parking isn't ideal, and the restaurant is very intimate, lending itself poorly for groups.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone living between Marysville and Bothell who wants to take a small group to taste a wide variety of authentic Italian flavors.
