An electronics store with competitive prices and friendly service.. In Short
Circuit City offers a good but not overwhelming selection. Showrooms are medium in size, just enough to display the brand names customers know and respect, such as Hewlett-Packard and Sony. The store carries car and home audio equipment, television accessories (even satellite TV and broadband), cameras, computers and computer accessories, and music and movies. The staff is knowledgeable, but not annoyingly passionate about printing cartridges. When a product does not function correctly, customers can take it to the on-site service center.

Terrible Customer Service. I have never had a TV go out on me, so when my brand new TV that I had purchased less than 90 days before just stopped working, I went in to the Circuit City to ask how I bring it in for repair/exchange. With total indifference I was told that I would have to "deal with the manufacturer" as it was past 30 days. I was not treated any better when I called the corporate customer service. As a new customer I have been given the impression that one CC doesn't trust the product they purchase as they only "guarantee" it for 30 days and two they are in it for the money the extended warranty brings in. I feel like I am being extorted. I will tell everyone I know about my experience with CC and recommend they shop at Target or Walmart.
