Fantastic Teriyaki at a reasonable price!. Echigo has great food, yet charges the same amount as the crappy teriyaki places! I love the fact that they have brown rice as an option, their katsu and bulgogi are better than your usual teriyaki joint fare, and their sushi is surprisingly tasty. Also, the free soup you get while you wait is so yummy it's worth the trip just for that!
