Excellent Service!. I have been coming to the Everett Mall Regis for almost 5 years now to see Jen and have had nothing but great experiences every time. The staff is very friendly and personable, and the service I receive is amazing. Every time I get my hair done, it is documented so that the stylist can refer back to it when I come in for a touch-up. I would recommed the Everett Mall Regis Salon to anybody who wants to be treated well and enjoy a beautiful hair style!

I am a regular customer for a reason. I am a hair person. I think if you asked my friends and family what my most fashionable trait is, they'd say my hairstyle. So I am picky when choosing a hair salon. I was referred to Jen at Regis by my best friend, who, knowing my need for good hair, recognized an artist. That was four years ago, and I have never had a bad experience, or even a "not so great" experience. The staff is professional and courteous, and has always greeted me within a minute of walking in the door. My past preferences for hair color and style are all documented so that if I decide to go back to a style I had previously (not very often, mind you) I can. I regularly get comments on how great my hair looks, not just after a day at the salon, but weeks afterward. They know their clients and products, and I trust them implicitly!

Best salon expience ever!!!. Went to Regis salon today on a referral from a friend. Was greeted promptly with a smile and on offer of coffee, tea or water. The lady who did my hair was great! She made sure we were completely on the same page and I finally left a salon completely satisfied. My cut is so cute and she actually walked me thru how to style it a few different ways. I will definately be going back to regis!!!! Loved the feeling of the salon and everyone there was so nice. Am so excited to show off my new do at work tomorrow ;-)

Great place for styles and cuts. Outstanding service! Met me the instant I walked in and took me back to start my makeover. Shampooed, conditioned and even a little scalp massage thrown in! Hairstylist was very knowledgeable and current with the latest trends. Cut and style was awesome and I'm definetly returning for Heather to do my hair next time.

stupid place I have ever had. I was in the salon to have my hair highlight to burgundy color. That stupid lady changed my hair to bright bright red like a fuuny clown. I stayed for more than 4 hrs to let them try to fix my hair color to what I want. u know what? They don't know what color is burgundy. faint!!! I will not recommend this place to color ur hair at all. Especially her name start with h, horrible stupid girl unless burgundy = bright red!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This place is a JOKE!!! Starting when you walk in the door. I approached the front desk where I waited over 10 mins, while there were people just sitting around doing nothing but sitting around talking. I then was helped by a young man who was nice enough but noticeably annoyed by my presence. I asked to make an appointment to get a hair cut, to which he replied that they were totally booked??? How could they all be sitting around and still be booked!!!! I asked if any of the girls had any cancellations if I could come back? And was sad to hear that it was too late anyways and they would not have time to cut my hair. It was two hours before closing time, did a hair cut take soo long. I said no thank you and walked out VERY VERY disappointed!!! I shall not be back!
