Great place for PHO

The best Pho in town. They are very consistent in their taste. And talk about service, very nice and friendly. Love it.

The best Pho restaurant in Everett!

My wife and I like to eat Vietnamese food a lot. We tested many of the Vietnamese restaurants in the area and as soon as we ate at Pho To Liem we realized our search was over.

Their menu has many selections and it is priced right. We would recommend this great Vietnamese restaurant to any one.
