stay away. the people in h2 are horrible residents. theirs a couple and daughter. i only know the dad s and daughters name which are scott and cody. . scott is rude to mostly children he cusses at them make rude comments . its ridiclous. oh daughter is a brat yells at her parents yells at the kids but when the kids are mean back she tells her parents and their they come yelling and cussing at the kids they never go to the kids parents there had been many complain about these people for years but management never does anything bout them...as for the car stealing and breaking into that is most definitely still happening they still havent fix that either…
Worst place.
Seriously. I am looking for a new place to live after only 5 months here. I really shouldn't have signed that year long lease. In December our car was stolen right near our bedroom window, and two
weeks later it was broken into again. The parking lots are dimly lit and extremely unsafe. There's always scary looking people walking through. Several times I've been approached at my car and asked for rides to somewhere, money, cigarettes, or a place to sleep for the night. It has gotten so bad that my husband walks me to the car (literally 20 feet from our doorway) after dark.
The management here is unspeakably rude. I have never experienced the management of any place treating you with disdain and annoyance like I have here. It's not just the office workers but the manager herself.
There are a lot of **** dealers and users here. I've seen pipes on the ground in front of my apartment (the neighbors are dealers) . I don't want to know what goes on out there.
No one picks up after their pets. Okay, except for that one lady I saw today with the weiner dog. You're cool. My neighbors have wrapped a dog chain around the post on their porch (I'm in the upstairs apartment) and they let their dog out on the grassy area surrounding their patio area (which is not fenced off). No one cares, except me, because it's me who has to smell the nasty odors of stale dog poo everytime I open the window or patio door on that side.
Oh, and if you have kids, watch out. We have a playground here but it is not suitable for young ones. My two year old cannot play there because of the vast amounts of cigarette butts near by. Complaining to the office does not help. I have found broken bottles in the play area, too. The people that drive around go WAY above the speed limit.
Oh and maintenance never shows up to repair my stuff. All the appliances are ancient and leaky. One of the heaters hasn't worked all winter.
I could go on but I'm out of characters!…
