Past Problems. As you can probably figure out, most of the negative reviews are written by upset PAST Tenants who have done damage to Owners homes and were charged for the damage they caused. Photos are taken at move in and also on move out. These protect BOTH parties as does our Extensive Move In work sheet. Please feel confident, as do our 1000+ past/current tenants who have never had an issue. Thank you!…
All Star Property Management Masters of Decetipion. This was a horrible property management to use for rentals. In the first 5 minutes after I signed a lease with them, the agent told me that they "are not" there to assist the renter. They forced me to pay what they call a pass-through fee for water and sewer that was not in the lease contract. Any type of upkeep (i.e. appliances, skylights, pest control) I had to educate and quote the law (R.C.W. 59.18) to them and force the work to be done. Once the lease was up, they took me to court claiming that I had unpaid fees. Using them as a rental agency and realtor will only cause headaches and anguish. STAY AWAY!!!…
DO NOT RENT WITH ALL STAR. DO NOT RENT HOUSES THROUGH THEM! My objective of this review is to warn others about the sly practices used by this company. Be prepared for them to keep your entire deposit. The only REPAIR that was needed was to a screen door which was around $100 and they kept over 90% of our deposit. Most charges were for normal wear and tear. For example picture nail holes, septic system service and they charged us over $400 to paint ONE room. If you go with All Star be certain your move in inspection is VERY ACCURATE and shows all imperfections of the house or you will be charged upon move out. The lease should state that all or part of the deposit is non-refundable due to carpet cleaning, detail cleaning by a professional cleaning company, septic system service, and other items. Also, do not expect fast response times on any request you make to them. We moved out on 11/30 and didn't get our final statement with them until the first week in February. Good Luck!…
All Star Property Management. I don t even know where to start....this company is pathetic!!! We rented from them for a couple of years and I have never experienced such poor service!! Their answer to any problem was 'try WD-40'....We had our pellet stove quit on us in the middle of winter and they sent us three people that had no idea how to fix pellet stoves! After the fourth guy, and the fourth day off work we finally got it fixed. They said when we moved in that the carpets had been professionally cleaned...a year into living there I had Stanley Steamer come in and ALL of the stains that we had lived with for over a year came out...gross..especially when you have small children!! Professionally cleaned to them means their little carpenter/Mr. do it all guy with a little steam cleaner...not acceptable!!! Rebecca was rude, condesending, did not return calls and then was annoyed when you called her back trying to get a response! We have since bought a house..but a note for John L Scott...we refused to buy with the company that was in the same building as ASPM...just because they were associated with them. We have also been very vocal with friends and whoever we talk to about renting and suggesting that they stay away from ASPM! I don t even want to give them one star for a rating but it won t let me post unless I do...so one star is chosen in protest...should be a big fat '0'…

I juist would not suggest using them what so ever Rebecca Speitz was no help what so ever, she had no clue on her properties and talked down to me the whole conversation. She also took over 48 hours
to return my calls!
