I had a Groupon for highlights and haircut and wanted to give a try since they have really good reviews here. I got an appointment with Miranda. The place is nice and clean. She asked me what I wanted and explained to her all I wanted her to fix the roots and make it an even color and the same style of haircut just shorter. She didn't say or asked anything else that what she will do. I ended it with TOTALLY different color and a weird haircut. instead blonde I have RED highlights. I LOVED my hair before but don't want to even look at the mirror. I tried to reach to the manager of the salon Darcie I even sent an email to her but still nobody answers the calls and NO response. I have to spend more money to fix my hair now. VERY VERY disappointed. I don't recommend anybody to go to the Salon especially MIRANDA. I cannot say much about the other stylists but if you are not happy with the service you cannot get anybody to talk to about it.

I love going to Enrapture! First of all, when you walk in they are so welcoming and offered me my choice of water, tea or coffee. Then, my stylist (Lindsay!!!) was so friendly. I hate it when there is an awkward silence but she was so sweet and the complimentary hand massages were so nice that I had no problems whatsoever.

I love my color/cut and will definitely be going back again and again.

The Best Spa!. The Body Spa is the best. I've been to other spas but none of them compare to The Body Spa! The services are awesome and Sonya is the best!

So Happy With My Hair Color. I have tried for MANY years to find someone that would help me find the "right" haircolor for me. Michelle at Enrapture not only got it right, she new what kind of cut to do before I even told her what I would like. I would highly recommend Michelle. Thanks Michelle!

Pedicures Are AWEFUL!!. For Christmas my Mother-In-Law, her sister and myself were given a Girls Date to have lunch and pedicures wherever we wanted! I picked this Salon because the website makes the pedicures sound so wonderful and relaxing. When we first arrived to the Salon and while the receptionist was checking in, my MIL was peeking around the corner just to scope out the salon. The receptionist got in her face and said "Excuse me, can I HELP you??!!" very rudely! We were shocked!! Then when we got to our pedi seats, it was worse than patio furniture. They aren't reclining massaging chairs or anything! And you put your feet in buckets, plastic plant buckets!! The girls did aweful jobs, our french tips looked hand painted by my five year old, and the price was outrageous!! I would never recommend going there for pedicures.

ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. EVERY VISIT HAS BEEN VERY RELAXING. JUST HAD MY FIRST FACIAL AND IT WAS TERRIFIC. I HAVE BEEN IN SEVERAL TIMES FOR LASH EXTENSIONS AND MY LASHES ALWAYS LOOK GREAT. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS ONLINE IS EASY AND CONVIENENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BODY SPA AT ENRAPTURE SALON.

FANTASTIC SALON!. I've been a guest at Enrapture for a little over three years. I find the entire staff, from the owner on, to be inviting and attentive to their guests. The spa is all about pampering and the salon side is fun and creative. I've had massage, facials and several hair services and have enjoyed them all. I love the extras they provide: cucumber water in the spa, a square of chocolate after my massage or facial, coffee (lattes and mochas) in the salon, hand massage while I get my hair done. I've also referred several friends of mine to Enrapture and they haven't been disappointed! If you haven't been to this salon you are definitely missing out!

Owner is a Scam Artist!!!. I had a concern about my bill, so I contacted the owner and she was defensive, rude and even laughed at my concerns. She then hung up the phone...!!! How inmature and unprofessional can she get? I was talking to her calmly with a legitamate concern about the price difference on the website and what I was charged, but at no point did she want to ackowledge or rectify the situaltion. I have been a patron there for a year, but apparently they are all about scamming the consumer, and not about quality service!

Failed miserably on the hygiene scale. I would bring your own pedi/mani utensils. It was blatently clear that these girls share supplies and do not disinfect them as required. Completely disgusting and hazardous!

Nope...not unless you want lice. The first and last time I went there was several months ago. As I was leaving (not from a hair appointment, but a massage) I overheard two employees wispering to eachother

"Whats going on?"

"Darcie has lice"

"Ewww gross"

That was more than enough to stop me from going back.
