Total Absense of responsibility. Were hired to empty septic tank for a buyer. Ace-Acme failed to inform the client that the pump was 23 years old and should have indicated the need to be replaced. The new owner on using the septic system for the very first time was alerted by the alarm system. Ace-Acme was notified by the Real estate agent. On inspection they said the pump was seized up requiring a new pump.

They very rudely refused to accept any responsibility.

Difficult to work with and little integrity. Originally hired them to pump out the septic tank which they did with no problems. They also did some diagnostic work and supplied a UV light fixture. This was material only and it turned out to be the wrong fixture. They dropped this off and picked it up enroute to other jobs in the area. The total additional travel distance is 1/4 mile in one direction for a total of 1 mile. They won't refund the nearly $400 for the bulb claiming they had to make a special trip. I know that they didn't make a special trip because the tech told me that he was enroute to Camano Island and had to drive by my house both times.
