Beware this swindling business!. They charged $50 just to do a computer diagnosis of a mechanical problem. FOR EACH COMPLAINT! A 30 minute procedure? Maybe? Then they give you a jacked up estimate for repair. Do yourself a favor and visit a reputable dealer or service. I can only hope that Chrysler goes out of business and takes this ripoff dealer with it.

They lied to me and after fighting with them for almost a year they will not fix the problem. I would not recomend them to anyone. I was completely insulted by the car salesman Orlando.. He told me to trade my new van for a old one if i was so unhappy and that maybe i would not be so stupid to believe what a car salesman tells me next time. I would never go there again this was all over a DVD player that i was told would be fixed because it was a factory model turns out it was not... Try Dwayne Lanes i have purchased cars from them and never had any problems wish i had gone to them.....

Beware!. Beware of Rairdon's of Kirkland, WA! They use bait & switch tactics to get you in, are rude, VERY HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics, dishonest & misleading. REFUSE to respond to complaints, even from state agencies. Shame on them.

Quality of the service depat work is bad!. I have never been to a place that is supposed to be a specialist in a vehicle and yet says they cannot replicate (most problems) and then when they do the work it is not typically fixed. The car wash and shampooing (detail work that you pay $350) is poor, they leave the carpets soaked and do not remove the bug splatter.
