I recently moved to the Lake Stevens area and needed a haircut for an interview the following day. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day (online....very convenient!) Cami did a great job giving me a new hairstyle, and tips that would give me the professional look I needed to interview with confidence.

This was my first time at Salon Michelle. Michelle was recommended by a family member after I complained about a previous haircut I'd gotten at a different salon. I was disappointed that Michelle was not available but reluctantly made an appointment with Amber. I was a bit nervous after having a bad experience somewhere else. I was a bit put off initially when she was running about 30 minutes behind schedule and also thought my appointment was only for a cut and not a color. She appologized and said she didn't have time to do a complete color but recommended a "smudge and glaze" She did an awesome job and I'm so glad I went with what she suggested. My hair looks and feels great! She completely turned what started out to be a bad experience into a great one! Thanks Amber!

My new style is just what I have always wanted. I came here for a bob because I heard that having one made faced appear slimmer. The owner informed me that with the shape of my jaw that having a bob would make my face look even bigger. She suggested a different cut and I followed her advice and it is gorgeous. I know that if I went to another salon they would have just done the bob and it would have been awful. Thank you salon Michelle for saving my hair from being slaughtered and giving me the best hairstyle of my life.

A + SERVICE!! I have been so very happy and delighted with the service, care and staff there that I would HIGHLY recommend this salon to EVERYONE!!! ALL the staff is so wonderful and polite, always clean stations as well as they have this wonderful new appointment reminder system so I don't forget my appointments, (It sends me a text on my cell as a reminder a day before)... yay!!! Not only do they care about getting your hair done for you the way you want it done, but they care about your hair health too. My hair was so frizzy and damaged when I started going in that I could not stand it. They took care of me. Got me the corrective actions needed and I am happy to say that everyone notices how healthy looking my hair is now. I get my hair colored every 4-6 weeks so that is very important. I found this salon about a year ago from a referral from a friend here at work. My long time hairdresser of 15 yrs. moved to GA and I had to do something. I am really so Pleased with my cut and color every single time I go in that I would HIGHLY recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for a change. This is the place to go.

Recently I had the wonderful experience of getting a FACIAL at the salon. I have only had one other before in a full service salon before and ended up breaking out days later. I must say ... not only was the skin care specialist wonderful and inviting, I did not break out... at all. I am now looking at trying out my first ever facial peal at the salon. I always look forward to my apts. at the salon as I know I will walk out of there looking and feeling GREAT! Thank you Salon Michelle and staff.

Thanks for a Great Visit this weekend, Got the Gel nails polish done and I'm loving it, Dishes, yard work and my nails still look like I just got them done :)
