Best Salad in the World - Worst Customer Service I've ever seen

I thought it would be unfair to write about the worst Customer Service I have ever seen without first telling the readers that it's the best salad I've ever had. Their breadsticks, fresh, are to die for.
We always get our food to go.
I work at a local business and our entire staff talks about the poor customer service.
The Manager, Danielle at the Counter is incredibly rude and combative at times.
The food is a testament to why we continue to get take out. And, we never say anything because we don't want anything foreign to show up in the lettuce.
I have watched the staff answer the phone and place people on hold to avoid taking more orders while they chat with their co-workers. I just stand their thinking, "that's been me".
I have heard that the establishment is owned by a Christian couple that would be very angry if they knew their staff behaved in such a fashion. All I can say is..."Walk around the neighborhood and survey all your local businesses within a three block radius...." We will fill you in on plenty.

- Cons: worst customer service and long wait times for pick up even if you place your order in advance
