hasnt changed much. these guys are rip offs.. they will figure out anyway to cheat you out of your deposit..even when they do their walk thru inspections...they just get pissed at people when they move so they cheat you out of your money..

Slimy business practices. Delta has HORRIBLE business practices. These people are your best friend until something goes wrong. After going round and round about damage done to the house durring a burglary, they claimed they would pay for the damage "out of the kindness of their own heart" ONLY after I threatened to get my lawyer involved. They LIED and said this only to placate me for the time being and took the cost out of my deposit when I moved. Now I have to spend even more time and money to deal with them in court. They REFUSED to help make the house safer resulting in me being robbed 2 more times over the course of a few weeks, and even went as far as to accuse me of lying and doing the damage myself! They will not return your phone calls if you have a problem, and even hung up on me mid sentance when I FINALLY got ahold of someone. Do not rent form these people, they are SLIMY!
