Inexperienced and horrible customer service. My wife took my Swiss Military watch in for a battery replacement, which they charged $13.00 bucks to replace. Now that's not a whole lot of money but they messed up the alignment on the stopwatch. They said "Do you know how to fix it? If you have the manual, it might tell you how. We have a bunch of Swiss watches but they are all different. Good luck."

Are you kidding me? You mess up my watch and tell me good luck getting it fixed!?!? What a joke.

I spend 15 minutes messing around with my watch and figured it out but I will never be back. What kind of a business doesn't stand behind their work? If I could figure it out in 15 minutes, they should have been able to do it in just a few minutes with all their experience.

I will never go back and recommend nobody else going there either.

Love this place!. I walked in and right away was givin attention. They showed me everything I was looking for and more, so many options.

I went in wanting to design my own wedding ring, which is in works now.. I knew what I wanted in my mind but have never seen it anywere. As soon as I started telling him my idea, he knew just what I wanted, which I loved because I had gone to other places and they couldnt get my idea. I love that this place has so many options to show you, I must have had 3 rings out and 4 diamonds picking and choosing what I wanted on one ring. Its clean, friendly, and I feel at home everytime I walk in. They know my fiance & I by first name, which is nice these days.

I am so glad I walked into this store and can not wait to see the finished ring!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. rude rude rude. act all nice when your handing them money, but when things go south, they go sour. they argue and yell at teh costumers and offer NO money back refunds! as well as highly OVER PRICED! was given a price of $800 for a ring to be made. started putting money down. when the ring was done, they told me it would be $2100! way over our price range. had i known that in the begining, never would have had it made. would NOT give our money back (the money down )! had to settle for instore credit. NOT happy at all!!! a waste of $1000... DOWN THE TOILET!!!
