I went to get my hair frosted, which did turn out nice, color wise. My hair is naturally wavy and the girl (I think it was michelle) straightened it, flattened to my head. It looked terrible. She also Begged me to cut my hair, literally. She kept bugging me over and over until I finally gave in and let her trim it, to which she cut my bangs to about 1/2 an inch. Then she tried to charge me for the haircut she begged me to do! Never again will I submit myself to that and I don't recommend you do either.

My hair was ruined by the owner of this shop, Cookie. I went back to have it fixed and they ruined even it more.
They seemed nice enough at first but were very unfriendly when I insisted that it be fixed. I would not recommend this salon to my dog.
