WrongWay to buy a car
by marcoses at Citysearch
Speedway Chevrolet gave me the worst buying experience I have ever had. They just don't care about taking good care of the customer and a good reason why GM are going broke along with Ford. Bad product, bad service from top to bottom. I used to buy Fords but after the last two and one repair bill after another I thought I would try a Chevrolet. I had to take my new car back to Speedway time and time again to be fixed. The general manager at Speedway does a bad job of making sure his sales and service team are taking care of their customers. Speedway says they want you come back, there is no way I would ever go back. Once you give them the money the love affair is over. I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Toyota will be my next car. Speedway Chevrolet is the WrongWay for car buying.
