Go somewhere else for Seafood On a recommendation from a co-worker, I went to Arnies with some out of town guests. The food was awful:

- the clams in my clam chowder were gritty

- the salmon seemed like it was frozen, not fresh and and it was mediocre at best

- the mashed potatoes & veg were covered up with garlic (even too much for this garlic lover)

- the ginger jasmine rice didn't have any ginger in it

- the Manny's Pale Ale tasted old (Mac & Jacks on the other hand was good)

The service was awful:

- Long wait for server to take beverage order

- 15+ min to get beverages to us (beer & a bottled soda)

- very long wait between salad/soup and entree

- they mixed up the order for our guest that needed to not have garlic on her plate and the solution was to stand at the table and have the guests swap food on their plates

- my guest had to go find the server to get the check after waiting a good 15 - 20 minutes

- we had to have them correct the bill

The location in Mukilteo looks over the ferry line parking lot. I had the impression that both locations were right on the water. At night, all you see is blacktop as you look out.

There is nothing that would get me to return to this place. I can't believe they are still in business.

half portions and higher prices than before!!!. I went to Arnies for my anniversary last year and enjoyed the food immensely. the cost was harder to swallow but what can you expect on the water and such high quality?

I was also addicted to their chocolate cake during my last pregnancy, and had nothing to complain about, at $8 a slice and it being sooo worth it.

Now that I am pregnant again, I went back for another piece for the first time in 6 months and am appalled and dissapointed with them. They raised the price to $10 a slice and it's only half the size it used to be!!!! I understand the economy and the need for businesses to change, but I asked for extra ice cream with it as well and they gave me the same amount in a bigger container. When I asked them for the slice I paid for, it took another 15 minutes before they plopped another piece on top that I later realized was old and stale. never got the 'more' ice cream I paid extra for and that was $12 down the drain!!!!

Never again

Great View, Great Staff, Flavorful Food. We went in twice, one on a Date night and once with some good friends, Its a bit of a drive but well worth it!

I had Seafood Fett. and my husband had a Scampi Prawn dish and they were Fabulous, so much flavor and rich taste. Our service was friendly and answered all our questions with great knowledge and she directed us towards our selection. The Front desk greeted us with young vivarant smiles and the Manager Thanked us for coming in and invited us back, you can bet we will be back to try many more delicious dishes sooner than later.

It's an incredible compliment when a new guest of ours takes the time to write a review that lets everyone know how much they enjoyed dining at Arnies. Your positive comments mean a lot to us, but especially to the crew whose recognition for consistent good hard work is often lost in expectancy.

Thank you very much and welcome to our family from all of us at Arnies.

Incredible Happy Hour Specials. Arnie's is a happy hour "no brainer" especially if you live or work on the north end as I do. The food specials are great, the view is great, the atmosphere is comfortable. I would encourage anyone to check it out.

Additionally, for lunch or dinner, the new executive chef Doug Jones is coming up with fresh, innovative, affordable seafood options on their specials sheet each week. In a climate of sky rocketing menu prices due to food costs Arnie's is doing an amazing job of continuing to serve great food at a price I can afford.

You've obviously been here more than once and it's really nice to hear that you appreciate our Chefs work in both menu creation and in his work trying to keep prices from getting out of hand.

Thank you for your patronage and support! Steve Price, President

Mediocre food, but great views. They are on a hill so that the train track is directly below them, but when you are seated, you mostly see the sound. The view is what you are paying for.

The service is great.

Lunch and dinner aren't worth doing. The food is about average for the seafood. There is a good menu selection.

If you are going to take anyone here, I'd recommend Sunday brunch. They do a 3 course brunch that's nice. The cinnamon rolls are warm, but sometimes stale. The fruit spans the gamut from great to not ripe enough (and they don't pick out the bad grapes or strawberries).

Remember, you came for the views or you were in the area and wanted a 3 course breakfast.

Thank you so much for you feedback. We?re thrilled to hear that you feel our service is great and the view is worth paying for but obviously are concerned with your comments about the food. We listen intently to any problems our guests might encounter and react as quickly as we can to correct them. The detail you provided about the fruit and sticky buns at Brunch was very helpful and allowed our chef to take immediate action to fix the problem. The rest of your comments were more general and we would be very interested in any additional details that you might provide that would help us improve our operation. Thanks again,

My family always enjoys this place. My family, including small children, have always had the best of service at this place. The food is predictably great every time and we always feel welcome. I have a three year old who we don"t always like to take out for dinner, as his attention span is short. For some reason he decides to behave at this place so we frequent it often. Give it a try.

What a great compliment! It means so much to our crew to know that their hard work and sincere caring really is noticed! As for your 3 year old, perhaps he is amused by so many of us old folks gathered in one place at one time:-)

Awesome View and Food. We stopped at Arnie's while we had time to wait for the ferry to Whidby Island. What a great idea! The view was to die for, the service outstanding and I have never had better fresh seafood. They had a large wine selection and the waiter knew just what to suggest with our meal. We are going to make this a regular stop when heading to the isles.

Editorial Review. Restaurant catches fresh seafood favorites like halibut and crab then serves them in a spacious dining room with beautiful views.

Primo Food, Primo View, Primo Service. The menu selection is outstanding and the atmosphere is relaxing. We ate out on the deck on a warm sunny Friday night and it was well worth the drive. Captain's platter was one of the best I've had in my life - they even were willing to make substituions and also prepared less fried to make the meal healthier. Key lime pie was to die for. Very relaxing and unpretentious crowd. Definitely a place we plan to go to often, as I can't wait to try more items on the menu. This is definitely a winner "secret" place to go to.

What a View..Great Food. If you ever visit the Seattle area the this is a must stop. Stunning view of the of the water looking over to Clinton to Columbia Beach and the Ferry.

The happy hour menu is Great, as well as the customers, the drinks and the STEAMED MANILA CLAMS.

The staff, very friendly and professional. My favorite is Lee, the hostess...she always remembers who you are.

Try the FISHERMAN'S PLATTER or the PAN SEARED DUNGENESS CRAB CAKES..you will love it.
