First off, parking. It's very limited so you end up having to pay, and I'm not talking about a meter, your only other option is a parking lot where you have to pay $5.00 for 0-2 hours and so on. The waitresses were not very helpful or friendly, the food was okay at best, but the fact that you have to cook your own food and no one explained this, way over priced...I had some steak that boasted on the menu, would fix any meat craving (or something to that effect)...not so much. When I did inquire about this Stone cooking thing, well, the first gal walked away as I was asking, the second one, just said it was easy, and walked off before I had a chance to make any more inquiries. Most brewery's that I've been to, and I've been to quiet a few, enjoy talking about the beer that they brew and are more than happy to explain the differences. What we got from Diamond Knot? "Here's the beer menu, it's all right there," then they walked away. As for the beer, it was okay, but nothing special. Bottom line, this place made a BAD first impression, so needless to say we don't plan on going back or recommend this place to any of our friends. I usually tip based on the service more than the food or drink. I've left lousy tips for bad service, but I think this is the first time I've never left a tip. It was that bad. If you want a good experience, food and beer, try Hales, Pikes or any other local brewery. If you want bad customer service, over priced food and okay beer, go to Diamond Knot Brewery.

If you like to throw peanuts on the floor, drink beer and watch your meat sizzle on a rock, this place is for you! Microbrew selection is nice. Service is good. Food is good for the region (the steaks used taste like ranch beef). Your responsible to make sure that your steak is done correctly. They took too long to bring it out, so by the time I had got mine it had already been sitting on the rock too long (over done). It's good, I just wouldn't call it stellar.
Pros: throwing peanut shells on the floor and a selection of microbrews
Cons: not the best quality of steak and cooking it yourself (sort of)
