Un-amercan greedy pigs. After having two mortgages with WF, never late, 30 yrs with an Major oil company, over 100K salary, and never late on any other credit account, these scumbags refused to write a home equity loan, despite having over 150K in equity in the house. Don't trust these crooks. Since they refuse my home equity, they have dropped my personal line of credit by 2/3rd. I have never been late on any payments. F'n greedy pig crooks. Don't use. Find an American friendly bank.
