The following is a copy of the email I sent to Paradise. Sunday 4-20-08 my wife and 3 children went to your establishment to go bowling. We called at 10:00am and set up reservations for 1:00 pm. A female by the of L---- took our reservations and told us to be there at 1:00pm. We were, and she then told us it would be another hour before we could have a lane. Another hour went by and nothing. The fact that it was busy is OK the fact that your employee was rude to my wife and myself on more than one occasion in not OK. This was the worst outing we have had as a family ever. We sat at a bowing alley waiting to bowl, after two hours of waiting even though we had reservations we never got to bowl. If this was your first experience would you go back or give a good review of. I can not imagine business is so good that you can afford to run off customers as was done in my case.Don't bother making reservations and don't look for for friendly service, neither mean much to this establishmnet.
