Disabled unfriendly. While parking, access, and pricing would be rated as fair to good, when we entered theater # 12, we found that the only place for my wife's powerchair was at floor level, a mere 10 ft from the screen. Good for basketball, bad for movie watching.…
Plenty to offer, including suburban audience..
This theater has MANY screens, several of which are broadcast in digital. The seats are all comfortable and the theater itself is about 10 years old... new compared to many theaters in the Puget
Sound.
The drive out to Auburn may be long for some, but for those who will be racing at Pacific Raceways, gambling at the Muckleshoot Casio, shopping at the Supermall, or watching the ponies at Emerald downs, this is a great place to pick up a matinee before 5pm. Parking is ample, and patroled by security.
Finally you have the suburbia crowd from Lake Tapps and Lakeland Hills (local developments). I've seen many movies in this theater and NEVER had to ask someone to turn off their cell, quit talking/joking during the film, or put away the crinkling tin foil smuggled fried chicken. In Tacoma, Lynwood, Seattle and even Kirkland I've had to ask people to stop acting like clowns and ruining the show for people. I simply won't tolerate that and have NEVER seen it happen in small town theaters like this one.
Yes, the movie prices are a bit higher than Kent or Federal Way theaters for evening shows, but you can buy tickets from Costco for a discount. Free parking (unlike Seattle), few disterbances, and the high-quality chairs and projectors make this a great place to see that "must see" flick without problems.
Nice job guys!…
Great picture & sound!. I love this theater! It has a great atmoshere and puts you in the theater mode. The picture is great & the seating is comfortable. The cost is a little expensive but a great experience overall.
This monster theater brings all the new releases to one building next to the Supermall..
In Short
The entertainment possibilities seem endless in this corner of Auburn as seventeen screens play thirteen to fifteen different movies at a time right next to the biggest outlet mall
in the Northwest. The snack bar seems to go on for miles and is staffed with enough popcorn-handlers to make concessions lines almost nonexistent. Each individual theater is also equipped with plush chairs, stadium seating and digital quality sound.…
It's one of the best.. I've been here more times than I can count, and for good reason. It's located right next to the Auburn Supermall, and has plenty of parking. It's not that crowded once you enter the theature however, as it definitely has enough room. Very nice atmosphere with very nice seats. I recommend it to anyone living in the area.…
