Editorial Review for Redmond Town Center – by Nicole Christie

The Scene
Young moms, teens and techies--all types come here to shop for apparel, clothing, books, cards, gifts and home furnishings. An eight-screen Cineplex lies at the heart of the complex surrounded by eats from well-known chains such as Claim Jumper, Red Robin, and Cucina! Cucina! Although the chill factor can make this outdoor mall less desirable in the fall and winter months, it's literally a breath of fresh air on warmer days.

The Goods
You'll find classics such as Eddie Bauer, Gap, and Ann Taylor, as well as specialty shops such as Franklin Covey 7 Habits Store, Zany Brainy, and The Well Made Bed. If you need a break from shopping, catch a flick at the Cineplex, stop by Paint the Town for a Picasso-on-ceramic session, or squeeze in a pedicure at the Gene Juarez Salon & Spa.

Redmond Town Center is great. For teenagers and kids its a really good place just to hang out. It has cheap good quality food places like rubys, pizza schmizza. etc. then you get into the more mealy restraunts like red robin, golden chopsticks, thai ginger, claim jumper. etc. You also have the movie theater which is a good way to meeet people then if your movie is late or the person your meeting is late you can just browse around the shops. All the shops have great merchandise and they arent very "snobbish" whatever that means. But the store employees are usually nice and interesting to talk to if you get the chance. The artwork all around is pretty splendid. The 1 thing that rtc needs is a Hollister or just more teen clothing stores. I actually enjoy that RTC is outside because it gives you fresh air and if its cold you go into a store. But in the summer it is soo much fun and it feels great just being outside in the outdoor mall.

Pros: outdoors, service, quality.

Cons: when its raining or its cold and your outside.

The Redmond Town Center has some good shops and excellent restaurants. I have done some good shopping here. However, it's a little too snobbish for me to shop here all the time.

Pros: Good shopping, great food

Cons: little snobbish
