Many argue it's the best pho in town--regardless, the pho is the only offering at this Little Saigon dive.

Little old Pho Bac has come along way. It was the oringinal Seattle Pho shack (pronounced "PHAA"). Stil great after all these years.

The pho was tasty, but they only have 2 varieties: beef or no beef. Other luxuries are missing as well, such as diet soda and air conditioning (it was pretty warm during lunch on an 80 degree day).

I love this place. I think it is the most flavorful pho in Seattle. It is quick and cheap! *inside tip: The bigger building right next to the small shack (PHO VIET) is the same owner and have the same pho. And at Pho Viet there is more variety of toppings like chicken, tofu for the beef noodle soup. And if you have a vegetarian friend with you there is vegetarian pho! Pho Viet also supplies other Vietnamese dishes that is pretty good.

Know Before You Go:
Unlike other, less-traditional pho spots, Pho Bac only offers a meat variety. Vegetarians should stay at home.
