Miang lao--minced pork with dry shrimp, peanuts, garlic and tamarind juice--arrives in a crisp, edible cup. Tender Crying Tiger flank steak is grilled medium rare, while scallop seviche is gussied up with avocado, tomatoes and a citrus sauce. On the traditional side: chicken in green curry is a specialty.

Hey all of Seattle, Just want to let everyone know that Seattle Typhoon is under new management now and we are changing so many things here you wouldnt believe unless you came. I had dinner here a couple of months ago, and thought our food was delicious. We had pud thai, a green curry and shredded papaya salad. I also had some special, delicious jasmine tea. The ambience and style of this place is very nice.

Worst crowd ever. Coming from NY you'd expect a better looking crowd, (not as fashionforward), but appropriate. the bouncer or door handle dude or the promoter. whatever the loser with the mohawk had was a total loser. 1st and last experience.
