No longer open!. Illusionz was good, but they are no longer open!
Fantastic Place! Highly recommended!.
We had an absolute blast! We took the kids and a couple friends last weekend. A friend had an event there with a group from his work, and said he had a great time, so we went to check it out.
Lasertag was great, the bowling was lots of fun--even my 5 year old and her friend could do bowling since they have these slick automatic bumpers (if you want them). I only saw a couple games out of order in the arcade. Not bad, considering how many they have. The staff seemed pretty friendly, and the place was clean.
We had dinner, and it wasn't bad. Kids had pizza, I had chicken quesadillas, my wife had chicken caesar salad. To be honest, I was very surprised by the food for an arcade. It took a little while, but it was really good.…
HORRIBLE Customer Service. I brought a group to Illusionz and the entire experience was horrible! One of the worst customer experiences ever! There facility is falling apart. Put-Put golf is a joke. Most the video games are out of order. You'd think, they'd work a lil harder at keeping customers. No wonder this place is a ghost town.…
Wow, No repairs in about 3 years. This place is falling apart. They have a few good video games but some of those dont even work. There put put course is a disaster carpet is torn there tees are missing. They are not assembled corectly so you might ahve a ball go off from the direction you htought it would. There games for tickets are almost all broken. There prizes you can win with tose tickets are limited. The staff there is a joke. They look like they were all told this is puretory and you can never leave. The place looks like it could be fun if the fixed it up and got some enthusastic workers.…
Gameworks meets Houdini at this magical arcade..
The Experience
Feel the virtual wind rustle through your hair on a roller coaster simulator, one of the high-tech attractions at the magically themed Illusionz. Or try your luck at the
batting cages, putt-putt golf or the expansive collection of the latest video games. The "magic parrot" that chats with you at the entrance is one of several delightful and free magic displays to enjoy in this large, attractively decorated building.
The Appeal
The Magicastle is a favorite with kids. Admission to the three-story, 4,000-square-foot complex is fairly cheap for unlimited play; let the little ones wear themselves out here before shelling out for the more expensive attractions. Food at the Magic Cafe is mostly mediocre and pricey. If you're not coming to celebrate a birthday, save your money for laser tag and eat at a nearby fast-food restaurant instead.…
